  I’ve been learning lately that ongoing roof maintenance actually makes a difference, especially for houses close to the coast. Stuff like seasonal checkups and spotting minor problems early on tend to help a lot in avoiding bigger repairs down the road. I always thought roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age really takes a toll over time.
