  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now
  each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
  
  Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

  I think that what you posted made a great deal of sense.
  But, think on this, what if you were to write a awesome title?
  I ain't suggesting your content isn't good., however what if you added a title that makes people want more?
  I mean App carte lav 6 is a little vanilla.
  You should peek at Yahoo's home page and note how they create article headlines to get
  people to click. You might add a video or a pic or two to get people interested
  about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your blog a
  little bit more interesting.
