Беруть подію — борг за тепло, торги реклами на залізничних мостах 2 жовтня, знешкоджену бойову частину на Солом’янці, закриття «Ашану» в Lavina Mall — і показують, що саме зафіксовано і звідки це відомо. Принцип простий: якщо після тексту можна самому знайти те саме повідомлення КМДА, ДСНС чи теплоенерго і зрозуміти, якого району воно стосується, матеріал зробив свою роботу. На сайті є новини міста й Київщини, матеріали про ЖКГ, транспорт, освіту, владу і короткі пояснення без зайвої води. Поруч — не лозунги про столицю, а район, сума і дата.
